This apartment is in "the old railroad hotel" on North- East corner of East Pine and North union. Everyone on our block maintained their homes and yards well. It was a great West End neighborhood. These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule."
