This furnished apartment is in "the old railroad hotel" on East Pine and North union. With windows facing East and North this space is filled with natural light( new double pane windows!). There is ample off street parking, free dumpster for trash & recycling and lovely private back yard with flowers and three Honey-crisp apple trees(they are very tasty), and a washer and dryer on the first floor(to old to walk to "Rain-fresh"), and WiFi !
THIS IS A THIRD FLOOR(walk up), FURNISHED.
This is rented with all utilities and internet included...month to month.
This apartment currently has stove, frig, microwave, TV (internet ROKU), A/C and nice furnishings.
We take care of the halls and lawn.

Everyone on our block maintained their homes and yards well. It was a great West End neighborhood. Plus, it was convenient to everything - grocery, bank, gym, restaurant, movie and even the liquor store!"

These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule." We have had enough of the harassing comments, destruction of our property, and the camera pointed off their house and into my bedroom. Someone moving into Fountain Street beware."
