About this House

This condo is located on a private side of the complex behind Hillery Park with shade trees. No neighbors looking right at you. I apologize for the photos being taken before all the appliances went in but we rented it right away last year to a military person and they are moving again this year and I didn't get a chance to take the photos after everything was installed. We gutted the whole condo and installed all new flooring, cabinetry, lighting, AC & Heater, bathrooms, painted, patio, etc. The two car garage is not attached but only a few steps away from the front door. Poway is known for their high ranking schools. Sorry, no pets.

Owner pays for HOA fees which includes water, trash, landscape for outside grounds, use of pool and jacuzzi. Tenant pays for gas and electric, phone, cable, and internet.

Within walking distance to movie theaters, nice restaurants, ice cream and frozen yogurt shops, drug store and grocery stores. Hiking trails right outside the entrance to the community. Also within about 2 miles of the I-15 which has a carpool and toll road south to San Diego (10-15 min. drive) and north to surrounding destinations. Also has highest rated school district in the county!"
