Full-sized bathtub with shower. Pets permitted with landlord approval, please inquire. Local and responsive landlords with an office just down the block.
8, 12, or 18 month lease available with option to renew. Tenant is responsible for utilities other than water, trash, recycling. You must place trash and recycles in the dumpster that we provide. This apartment will be available January 2027.

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
