Great second story apartment next to the park. The kitchen is seperate from the studio with enought room for a kitchen table. It's quiet, clean and located in a great neighborhood, next to the park with tennis courts, playing fields and picnic tables. Berkeley Bowl is about six blocks away and Ashby Bart is a five minute drive. 880 is a mile away for easy access to San Francisco.

Owner pays for water and grabage. Tenant pays for PGE and gas. Parking is on the street, but it's very easy to find a spot.

Truly amazing weather as well. Best place in country to live well if you can afford it"
