Available November 1st; term negotiable. Water, sewer and garbage included; tenant pays electricity, gas, cable, etc. $2,655 Security deposit. Additional $300 deposit for a pet. Deposits can be paid over installments as per City of Seattle guidelines. $35 fee for background/credit check with Zillow or $39.99 with Azibo.
