The Taft apartments were built in 1910 and maintain it's old world charm but each unit has been uniquely updated over the years. This studio unit is tucked away on the first floor and provides quiet sanctuary from the busy world outside. The galley kitchen comes complete with a full-size fridge, a full-size stove as well as a microwave. Let your worries be soaked away in the clawfoot tub as you find your happy place.
At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 per month utility fee for water, sewer, garbage. This is no smoking and no dog building however cats are welcome.
