About this House

Location! Location! Location! Remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath, with hardwood floors, honey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher. This is a top floor unit in a small 11 unit apartment building that sits in a great location between Broadway and 15th, on John St. Safeway is a couple blocks away, Nouveau Bakery too, and the Link station is just 3 blocks away.

One year lease, with a $75/mo util fee for 1 person, or $100/mo util fee for 2 people. Utility fee covers water, garbage, and sewer. We do allow small pets, under 20 inches at the shoulder when full grown, and no pit bulls/pit bull mix breeds. Pet deposit is $400, and pet rent is $35/mo. We require a $1000 security deposit.

If you want to apply, our requirements are:

2.5-3X the rent as income ($4200+/month).

On your current job for 6 months or more, unless you have been working in the same line of work and been working continuously and took a new job for better pay

No evictions

No money oweing prior landlords

Credit score should be over 600. If you have several accounts placed for collections its probably not a good fit. If your score is lower than 600 because you don't have much credit, we do take a larger deposit, or a cosigner.

No pets!

We do work with people by taking a larger deposit, or cosigner that owns property in Pierce or King county.

If you are approved, you will be required to show a valid SSN card/W2 with your social security number on it, and a Drivers License. You may also be required to provide a copy of a paystub, if your employer will not verify income

We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable tenant screening reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18

Our credit/background check is $42/person over 18, and typically takes 2-3 days to get back.
