The unit is very close to the route of the free Charm City Circulator bus. And Baltimore's newest hotspot, Remington, is just a few minutes' walk away.

Rent is an amazing bargain at $1,150 a month, with the costs of heat, water and hot water included. That's miles below the area average rent for a 2BR ($1,266: rentometer.com). Tenant pays for electricity and cooking gas.
