Read what parents are saying about Connexions Community Leadership AcademyMY experience at connexions is terrible the staff here are immature and its not uncommon for the staffs to get into arguments even as far as fighting students. We were told that we cannot wear hoodies or anything with a hood as soon as we started following that rule we no longer can wear sweaters and jackets without hoodies we cant even wear jackets without hoods at all the only staff that helps is brother isaiah muhhamed and ms carter.i hate this school its ruining my mental everyday i walk in here.

Posted by a community member on 7/20/2016This school is very nice, they have nice students and teachers. I like there art divisions which include dance, theater, visual arts ,media and etc. The school could improve with there budget but they've been working very strongly with this problem just like any other school in Baltimore.
Posted by a community member on 9/10/2014Coming from Parochial School to Public School. I could not have made a better choice. A challenge in the begining. She flourished here. I wish I had this school for me.

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe principal at this school is horrible. If I could give her zero stars I would. When you make complaints about anything regarding your child it is not taking seriously. Messages ignored when you try to take the high road regarding your child. It’s like she doesn’t care it’s been this way for years and I’m not sure how she is a principal. The school is very disorganized. You can’t even walk into the building to sit in your child’s class to see how they are doing in school. Parents just standing outside for dismissal and pick up and they wonder why fights break out. I mean very disorganized. Some of the teachers at this school doesn’t care enough for my liking. Will not let you know the progress of your child all they tell you is to go online instead of a teacher who actually reached out to the parent for concerns. I haven’t had any experiences where my child was talked to disrespectfully but the school itself has gone down hill.Parent Review2y ago - Matthew A. Henson Elementary School
