"Lots to do, very walkable. Living here can be lovely, just check reviews on your landlord before leasing, that can make or break the experience. "

"The neighborhood has multiple bus and shuttle stops. There’s East access to I-83. Charles and St. Paul are fairly good thoroughfares. "

"Charles Village is eclectic, diverse, progressive, and culturally inclusive. It is situated perfectly near premier universities, public transportation and major highways. It also boast the best of Baltimore’s fame row homes and “Painted Lady’s”. Great place to call home. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood a long time and like the amenities but despise the crime inherent with living in Baltimore City."

"Between the Abell Open Space, the Charles Village Parents Association, and the sheer number of families with small children, this is a super place to start a family. We have been so lucky to meet so many supportive and friendly neighbors."
