    "It's a wonderful neighborhood that has seen hard times, but long-time residents never abandoned it, and now a lot of young families and couples are moving in. Cute front yards, friendly neighbors, and walkability to Charles Village, shops in Waverly (Normals, The Book Thing, Pete's Grill 3 min away) make it ideally situated. Proximity to Greenmount Ave is balanced by a steady presence of Hopkins security and security from the CVBD association."
