Laminate wood floors. One car garage and in-unit laundry with lots of storage space. Community has a pool and HOA takes care of shoveling snow. HOA is included in the price of rent. Easy access to downtown and DTC. 10 Minutes to Anschutz, would be great for medical professionals.

Owner pays for trash and sewer. Absolutely no cats. May negotiate regarding a dog.
