Our house is a 5 bedroom 3 bath, 2-story house, on .5 acre with a big back yard, landscaping with privacy fencing, in a lovely neighborhood less than 2 miles south of Anschutz Medical Campus right by Del Mar Park in Aurora (5 min drive to AMC, 20 min to CU Denver, 20 min to RVU). 1000 feet from Del Mar Park with free tennis courts/basketball courts/pool and 1/8th mile from 71 miles of wooded running trails that weave through the entire city. This house is built on love, community, dedication to professional education, and having a TON of fun.
Rent per room/person is $850 FLAT RATE with $25 per month discount if utilize direct ACH deposit to pay rent ($825/month). Annual leases only, no subletting. Flat-rate rent includes EVERYTHING - Heat, Central AC, Water, Trash/recycling, blazing fast dual-band WiFi, Lawn service/landscaping, monthly maid house cleaning service. There are NO extra costs or fees. House has large-capacity washer and dryer included. All common areas are completely furnished - stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms with couches, TV, 2 dining rooms, an additional office/guest bedroom downstairs, extra kitchenette downstairs with fridge/coffee/microwave. Patio furniture and large gas grill included in back yard - gas to be refilled by tenants.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms are NOT furnished (pics show furnished, NOT the case), tenant will need to provide their own furnishing here. First month rent and $850 deposit due upon move in. Again, yes this rent is FLAT, there are NO hidden costs or additional fees, unless you cause direct damage to the property.
Historically, rooms go VERY fast in this house due to the price, neighborhood, quality/size of house, and proximity to everything so act fast.
Couples allowed to rent single room however rent is per person, limit 5 total people in house regardless of sleeping arrangement.
We will interview all applicants and introduce to current tenants prior to acceptance. If in the Denver area we can of course setup in-person viewings of the house any time.
No Pets - No exceptions. No smoking of any kind inside house. Common area furnishings are there for your enjoyment, if you damage/destroy it you will need to replace it.
