Gated community located just a short drive to historic downtown Venice and beaches. Also close to the new Downtown Wellen Park - shopping, dining and the Cool Today Park where the Atlanta Braves hold spring training. Amenities galore - great clubhouse with kitchen and media room, community pool, playground, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts and more! Garage is available for storage (it is not set-up for parking vehicles). Sorry - no pets allowed.

All rental rates listed are base rental rates. Additional charges include state/county sales/tourism tax (currently 13%), reservation deposit (included in total), rental processing fee of $75.00, a cleaning fee at the end of lease (varies by property) and utilities above monthly cap allowances. Basic cable, satellite or streaming service provided (internet included). Homeowners' association fees, if applicable, vary by association. An initial deposit of 25% is due with signed lease. An additional 25% of total is due 4 months (120 days) prior to the move-in date and the final 50% is due 2 months (60 days) prior to the move-in date. If the move-in date is less than 60 days, all monies will be due with a signed lease agreement.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
