The owner of 321 Lansbrook Dr. has a "FAMILY Club" Membership, your rent will include all of the following:
*Full Golf- Unlimited (May to October), six round of golf from Nov -April (including practice facility, tournaments, and events)
*Unlimited use of Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce. (Dedicated Bocce courts are in construction. Pickleball and Bocce are temporarily being played on the Tennis courts)
*Unlimited use of the Wellness Center*, Pool and Dining. (*Additional fees may apply for Wellness Center group classes)

Annual Rent: $7,995 (include all Utilites, and fully furnished)

May -Oct 2026, $4,995 per month,
Nov-December 2026 $7,995 per month
Jan-April 2027, $9,995 per month

Owners pay landscaping, pest control, water/sewer, electric, and internet/cable. Rent will include 6 rounds of golf in the season and unlimited golfs off season. Tenants will just pay for the cart fee and trail fee. Tenants will have full access to all Venice Golf Country Club amenities.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
