Apartment is separately metered for electric with front and back entrances.

House is in walking distance to downtown, accessible by foot, bike, subway (10 minutes walking distance to red line Metro), or bus. It is located on the same street of the old P6 busline, which brings you directly to the Nationals Baseball Stadium and to the SW Mall on Washington and the Capitol. There is a public pool a block away at the Harry Thomas Recreational Center! Capital Bikeshare is one block away. It is a very picturesque neighborhood, in close walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants - Big Bear Cafe, Aroi Thai, Boundary Stone, Rustik, Bacio Pizzeria, The Pub & The People, Old Engine 12 Restaurant.

Short term leases pay $3050/month to include utilities, select furniture.
