Deposit: $500 on approved credit.
Utilities are RUBS which covers water, sewer, solid waste, gas, electricity, and trash
which is billed based on usage. All utilities will be on your portal.
Tenant Benefit Package of $39 includes Wi-Fi, insurance waiver, and positive credit
reporting
Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are
welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required.
Lease Terms: 6-12 months.
On-site Parking: None
