Enjoy a relaxing Florida stay in this beautifully updated and fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located inside the 24-hour manned and guarded East Lake Woodlands community.

The condo features an updated kitchen, refreshed bathrooms, newer flooring, comfortable furnishings and everything needed for an easy, turnkey stay. With two full bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for a couple, visiting family or guests.

One of our favorite features is the private balcony, complete with a comfortable hammock, the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. The community pool can also be seen from the balcony and is just a short walk away.

Guests can expect a quiet, well-maintained residential setting with mature landscaping, convenient access to shopping and restaurants, and an excellent location for exploring Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, Tampa and the Gulf Coast beaches.

This condo is especially well suited for snowbirds and extended winter stays looking for a comfortable, peaceful home away from home in the Tampa Bay area.

Pet Friendly. One small dog only, subject to prior owner approval. No cats or other pets permitted.

Complete kitchen with dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, blender, pressure cooker, microwave, and everyday essentials. Primary bedroom has an extremely comfortable king bed with a remote controlled adjustable base, including a zero gravity position. Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 full baths, private balcony with a hammock, plus a heated pool. Just unpack and enjoy.

Seasonal Mid-Term Rental November through April only. This property is offered as a furnished seasonal rental and is not available as a traditional long-term annual rental. Stays of one month or longer will be considered, with preference given to multi-month seasonal rentals.

Monthly rent includes utilities, including electricity, water, internet and other standard household utilities. A $1,500 security deposit is required.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property. A maximum of one pre-approved small dog may be permitted. No cats or large dogs. Pet approval is required prior to occupancy and is subject to applicable laws regarding service and assistance animals.

Renters insurance is required for the duration of the rental, with proof of coverage provided prior to move-in.

Rental availability is generally November, December, January, February, March and April, subject to existing reservations and owner approval.
