Ideal sunny spot for those who love nature and winter walks but want reasonable proximity to all Gloucester has to offer- dining, downtown, shops, supermarkets, all within minutes. Kitchen is a joy to cook in with wide views over Niles beach and beyond. Home has 2 bathrooms, (one full bath) and laundry. Heat and Wifi are included, modest winter plowing is not. Lovely and expansive views, birdlife, perfect for a single occupant or couple and anyone who wants a winter retreat!

This is a winter rental only. Flexible availability starting Nov 1- November 17, 2026 through April 30th 2027.

Owner pays water. Lessee pays for snow plowing.
Am sorry but no dogs, no cats!

    "We have fiesta every summer, a carnival basically and a parade for the fellow Italians to rejoice, and those not Italian. We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment. Beautiful seaside spot for good food, shops, historical landmarks, parks, beaches, etc. Much love for this town and the beauty behind it. "
