This single-family waterfront home offers a peaceful place to settle in for a winter, monthly, or extended stay, with water views that change throughout the day and a spacious deck overlooking the pond.
Great space for one or two people. The house combines coastal character with the practical amenities needed for everyday living. The sunlit kitchen opens directly onto the deck and includes a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, air fryer, Keurig, standard coffee maker, and hot-water kettle. Enjoy meals indoors at the eat-in counter, which seats four, bistro table in kitchen, or outside on the deck after cooking on the Blackstone grill.
The main living area includes a comfortable chaise sofa, chair, large smart TV, and a dedicated office nook. Strong Wi Fi supports remote work, video calls, and streaming. There are two well-sized bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with one spacious bathroom with ample storage.
Full-size washer and dryer in the basement. Outside, enjoy the fully furnished deck, backyard brick patio, outdoor seating, firepit, and waterfront setting with bird watching galore!

This historic home was built in 1900 and has a few features to note:
The basement laundry area has low ceilings. People taller than approximately 5'3" will need to duck or tilt their head in some areas.
Located close to a busy street that can be noisy during commuting hours, but most people don't notice it when they are in the house or in the back yard.
The bathroom doorway opening is a little over 6 feet high; taller guests may need to duck when entering.
The backyard borders the river with a low stone wall. The waterfront edge may not be suitable for young children, and supervision is important.
The home is furnished and equipped for an extended stay, including kitchenware, linens, laundry, Wi Fi, and a work area.
