Very clean, & well-maintained. ONE DOG considered on case-by-case basis. (no cats) EASY walking distance to: Good Harbor Beach, Shaws or Stop-n-Shop, downtown, if you stay in this adorable ranch home with large driveway, great neighbors and neighborhood.
*Prefer professionally employed tenants with good credit and referrals. Owner stays in the home in June, as a vacation home. It is tastefully furnished, and tenants MUST KEEP IT CLEAN AND CARED FOR, while enjoying the sunny & warm, south-facing windows, overlooking the gorgeous southern sky in the winter.
*House has 3 bedrooms, however owner keeps 1 bedroom for storage of linens and summer rental supplies.

WINTER RENTAL - ALL UTILS included! (gas heat, hot water, electric, wifi, Basic cable + Smart TV). A single dog is allowable, on a case-by-case basis. Short-term, Winter Rental lease runs from either 10/18 or November 1 - May 31. For example, possible move-in can begin as early as 10/18, if needed, at owner's discretion. Please reach out via email. We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment.
