Room information: 2 unfurnished bedrooms with individual walk in closet: $1000/month with shared bathroom. An individual bathroom is available for rent at $100/month. Utilities is shared and about $60-80 monthly, depending on the usage and the month of the year.
The house will come with furnished common areas, 2 refrigerators, mini golf course, and a patio deck. Central AC and heating. In-house laundry units. No pets.
Super safe neighborhood for walking/running, 7 mins drive to CU campus, 20 min drive to Denver Health, 5 minutes away from Stanley Market and King Soopers, multiple great options for restaurants/gym/rec centers/park/coffee shops, and available street parking.
Roommates: professional students or healthcare workers who are quiet, respectful of common spaces and house rules, have effective communication skills, and prioritize a peaceful living environment.
No substances allowed, including cannabis.
Move-in dates: July 2026

No smoking or marijuana or substance uses in this house.
No pet.
Tenants are responsible to clean after themselves and keep common area clean. Guest is not allowed to stay longer than 3 nights without approval.
