About this House

Fully finished townhouse, aside from the bedroom.

Looking for a roommate to rent out my other room starting February

Open to: -a month-to-month lease -6 months -1 year

Price includes: -Rent -Trash -Water -Heat/electric/waste -Internet. -no pets allowed

Requirement: -First and last months rent (deposits) with nonrefundable $200 deposits for cleaning fee. -Be able to fill out a renters application

Looking for someone who is: -Very Clean -Drug-free (except weed-as long as it is not smoked in the house I'm cool) -non-smoker -Must like dogs (I have a dog) -Does not bring random strangers to sleep over (because we would share the bathroom).

You would get two closets (one is a walk-in) and your own vanity sink (so we wouldn't have to share!:)) the room is very big. I was told they're both masters. The place is close to pretty much everything. The store is walking distance.
