There is a balcony on the top floor, and an in-unit washer and dryer. No garage parking, but street parking is available.
1 year lease, but if needed to leave before lease is up, you may find a replacement tenant.
Monthly cost is $1500 base rent, plus utilities and Internet, which range from $90-120. Refundable security deposit at time of lease-signing is $1500.
No pets, no smokers. Zone 6 street parking only.
