"The public high school isn’t very good but Cooke Wissahickon is decent to raise smaller children. The park is wonderful but housing in this area is so close together it’s hard to find a yard big enough to give kids room to run. "

" There are bus routes that go everywhere. There are stops through out the city and they run frequently. There are also train lines that run local and express routes. There are always Lyfts and Ubers trolling for the times that public transit can't fill. Because of our location to center city the cost is usually reasonable."

"We have excellent restaurants, movie theaters and our community a Theater the Ash center which is exceptional. We have several community organizations, supermarkets, pubs. We are the center of the universe 20 minutes to center city and 30 minutes to any suburb. My neighbors are my extended family. We chat online or we see each other when gardening or walking our dogs or invited for BBQ at each other’s home in the summertime. We watch each other’s home when one of us is away, and help each other whenever a hand is needed. I’ve been here 40 years and most of my neighbors have been here over 30. That’s what makes a real community"

And another hop to the main line. Getting to CC takes 35 minutes . The neighborhood is very safe neighbors are all connected thru Internet, most of us have cameras and we all keep our neighborhood parks"
