Mayor Hospital (Saint Michale's) 2 blocks away. Blue ribbon school around the corner. Newark's Museum and public library 3 blocks away. Park with summer farm market at walking distance.Area is included in the Downtown district plans so it is reduced property tax and reduce commerce/sales tax.
