"Old town feel, walkable community and very diverse people and food. The focus on art of all forms is wonderful. My favorite place to live, but Sad to say single family houses are unaffordable . "

"Walking distance to Metro. Takoma Farmer's Market on Sundays. Great shops and restaurants with more to come (Busboys and Poets about to open, the old Walter Reed medical center site soon to be developed). A short hop to downtown Silver Spring for more restaurants and the American Film Institute."
