    "People are always walking their dogs in this area. It’s very dog friendly and dog people friendly. We’ve met many of our neighbors when we are out walking our dogs! I’ve not seen any that are aggressive or badly behaved. We loved living here! "

    "There’s a great elementary school within walking distance and the High School and Middle School aren’t more than six blocks or so. There’s a lot of kids here but they’re all pretty well behaved so you’d never know they’re around. "

    "Halloween is awesome here! lots of kids and family come her and all the neighbors get very much into decorating and making it a great night for trick-or-treaters. Christmas here is incredible- people come from all over to see the light displays and neighbors hang out in their front yards to watch the festivities- lots of families walk the streets - very festive!"

    "we've lived in several areas of Stockton, and each neighborhood is unique. what I really live about this area is that it's quiet, the houses are well taken care of, it's pretty convenient to a lot of locations, but still very much a neighborhood. lots of people out walking around. Christmas time is amazing, with all the lights and decorations, it's fun to have all the activities , people touring with families, pedicabs, carolers, bands- you name it! Halloween is also pretty amazing- lots of people decorate and wet get a TON of trick-or-treaters!"

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and I have had my car broken into 3 times and my parents across the street had there home broken into 2 times. Busy ground traffic with lots of homeless people and lots of havoc. "

    "this older area is the best in town...best public schools churches nearby walking distance to Lincoln center with shops supermarkets Trader Joes and restaurants..public golf course... quiet and each house is different. Easy access to freeway"
