"Shootings and people racing their cars down the street. Kids at the park smoking weed! This neighborhood ain’t what it was back in 1962 to about 15 years ago. Very sad because Holiday Park was very diverse and very genuine. We, who grew up as “Holiday Parker’s” are loyal and true to our hood and those we grew up with. It was the best back in the day."

"Be cautious people speed down streets here. Also there are a lot of vehicle break ins and a lot of homeless wandering around. "

"Nice and quiet very kid friendly and all the neighbors are nice people. It’s a dog friendly neighborhood,and lots of kids play at the park in the neighborhood "

"this is a fine area.Swain is a thorough fare,from west of I-5 to west lane,The schools are good,nearby parks are good,safe,friendly.And shopping is Awesome in this area.I would recommend it for everyone.If I could,I would buy it."
