Main issues: Excessive barking due to inconsiderate neighbors, dead spots/harmed landscaping due to inconsiderate neighbors allowing their dogs to urinate on private properties. Most people pick up poop, but the dog urine harms a lot of yards/flower beds/plants. HOA issues strongly worded letters, but little is achieved according to numerous resident accounts. "

Historic Roswell less than three miles with wonderful restaurants, antique shops, specialty retail, and entertainment. Two large shopping malls less than seven miles (one north and one south). Quick access to GA 400 (less than 3 miles) and rapid transit station less than five miles. Clubhouse facilities including horse stables within the Huntcliff Neighborhood bordering an 18 hole private golf course."
