"Very dog friendly, in fact some off leash dogs. Keep your pets on a leash for their safety, and other pups (even if they’re well behaved or friendly) "

"Quiet and not very much traffic. No public transportation. However, the flooding is the real problem with Shore Acres. The streets flood causing me to stay home sometimes because I already have rusting under my car. The tide rises and backs up into the streets. I am moving from this neighborhood solely bc of the flooding. "

"I lived here my entire childhood, and it is a fantastic neighborhood for children. There are always kids running about in golf carts or scooters, so it shows how safe people feel here. It’s secluded, yet close to stores, food, and downtown. I would 100% recommend Shore Acres to anyone who is looking for a nice, friendly, and kid-approved area. "

"There are 3 ways in and out of this neighborhood. It’s easy to get lost, but once you know your way around you’ll have no issues. When it rains it floods and can be nearly impossible to get in or out. "
