"The row houses give a sense of community and closeness. That may bother some people but in this neighborhood everyone seems to know each other well. "

"Older neighborhoods, schools aren’t in the best shape financially, so the experience for them may not be as strong as it would be outside of the county, considering how strong many of the charters and private schools are. "

"Family oriented neighborhood with many private school affordable options. However, some blocks are becoming louder with shady stuff at times. I want to move but still feel safe here. "

"It’s not. Just like most neighborhoods. One plus is how close the I95, Rte 1, and Turnpike are to the area. "

"A great street to live on with only 18 homes and plenty of parking unlike the others in the neighborhood! A definite plus. A frame roof provides years of hassle free flat roof coatings and extra maintenance, also a great source for added interior attic storage. Walk out lower level is great for private access. Parrish members of Our Lady of Calvary get FREE tuition in this zone with your membership."
