"Mostly row houses or duplexes plus apartments. Lots of 62+ apartments. Not enough free space for dogs & neighborhoods too small"

  • Bria W.

"The parks are dirty. The school teachers and staff are great but the parents and the way the are raising their children is ruining it. Kids smoking, cursing, bullying, and people drinking and doing drugs in the parks selling drugs on the corners. Im working on getting my children and myself out of here! "
  • vc
"I really enjoyed living here I love my neighborhood. My neighbors are friendly and I love the shopping areas around my neighborhood"
  • Maret120462
"I have 2 Riverline stations within a quarter mile. if it wasn't for the fact that I'd have to wait at a station in Camden, I'd probably take it. I drive 17 miles to Westmont PATCO station. There are plenty of NJT buses, but who wants to pay $6.30 each way."
  • BJ
"No events, just a close neighborhood and very quiet. Right by my job and everyone knows everyone. The police are awesome also! And the school district is the best"
  • Hill
"I’ve lived here for two years, moved from North Jersey to have a better area to raise my children. It was ok at first, now it’s just mediocre but it’s not where I came from which is a plus. You need a car to get around definitely but there’s plenty of places to go and a lot of walking areas. The rent is so high around here if you were a renter tho. And there’s a lot of foreclosures happening."
  • Larissalazaro
"The neighborhood is pretty calm nothing to complain there’s a nice sidewalk by the river which is really nice for walks and run "
  • Daphni S.
"A lot of friendly dogs being walked by friendly neighbors for the most part. It’s a healthy space and place for a dog to grow up"
  • Charmaine B. W.
"History of the area. Area is now more diverse and tolerant of other people. There’s also a quaintness with the fairs and community activities. Something is always going on "
