    "All dog. Owners like it in the area and I see them walking their dogs daily and most cars drive cautiously through the neighborhood."

    "I think a lot of us have dogs in the neighborhood and it's an very easy area to walk them around since we have ample sidewalks and streetlights and basically every single house in the area has a fenced in backyard, so dogs are easily kept safe when going out for a bathroom break, ect. As far as places for dog owners to live, it'd say it's a very good neighborhood for that in particular."

    "It's less expensive than most areas in bucks county and 3/4 of the homes have 4 plus bedrooms which is different. The whole area was built with only about 5 different styles of houses, two of which you don't see very often, so most of our homes are identical to our neighbors. People have updated and customized though over the years and many have even added on additions, so they have some differences these days. However, Levittown is still unique in that the homes are utterly UN-unique from one another."
