"It’s a safe area to raise children. There’s also many places to get your children involved in sports or other activities. Also close to shopping. "

"We live on a quiet street. There’s not a lot of through traffic. There is a great state park close by if you would like to go for a walk through the woods with your dog. "

"It’s a suburban neighborhood right outside of the North East area of Philadelphia in Bucks County. It’s nice and homey. The schools are good! It’s very commutable! Our public library is great! We have a very nice State Park, Neshaminy. "

"I’ve lived in my neighborhood for 15 years. It has changed in the time that I have lived here. When I first moved here, there weren’t a lot of kids, now there are a lot of kids in my neighborhood. Cornwells Elementary is a great school. It’s also a great area to live in if you commute. "
