"Specifically in Mont Clare, it’s quiet and easy to walk dogs around the neighborhood. The Canal towpath/Schuylkill river trail is close by as well and you can walk the trail right into Phoenixville. "
  • Harleyab
"I work close to homr and it’s relatively easy. Close to 422 and access to major shopping, restaurants and activities."
  • josh3zero
"I have lived here for a few years now and love this place. It's pet friendly and has doggie bags stations along the grass areas. It's very quite in the neighborhood and I rarely ever hear my actual neighbors through the walls or floors. The units are spacious and it's a great bang for your buck since it's so close to downtown Phoenixville. There are lots of places to eat in the area including the newly built shopping center 5mins down the road in Collegeville which includes a Wegman's, movie theater, best buy, petsmart, and many more. Also the association management office is very easy to work with and friendly. We had a small problem with our sink and when we called them they had someone out to fix it within an hour. All in all I highly recommend The Meadows to people of all situations. You will love it!"
