Great location for commuting both car and transit. We are close to light rail and bus routes. Also we have great parks."

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years, I have seen it go through a lot of changes for the better, It has always been a nice neighborhood It was full of elderly people and a few single families when I moved in it is now full of young upwardly mobile families & singles now. the only downside to this neighborhood is occasional airport noise."
