"Creek. Quiet. Fun people and dog watching. Close stores and restaurants and light rail. Close enough bank and liquor store. Not enough diversity visible."

"You need to see this sweet location to fully appreciate it. Right on the light rail, several yards to Minnehaha Creek, a giant greenspace, and access to paths, and a thriving little business district at 50th and 34th. Oh, don't forget Minnehaha Falls and 2 lakes with amazing park land and recreation centers. Stop at Sea Salt for some delicious fish or seafood!"
