"Very cool, diverse and a wonderful sense of community. Unfortunately there is noticeable drug traffic and homelessness in the area. More resources would make this an even better place to live. "

"There are single family homes and is near a nice trail by the river. The families seem nice in the area and often seen walking around during the day. The shopping area is greatly affected by rioting damage. "

"Diverse and friendly. A little rough near franklin and cedar area. It’s not uncommon to find used needles in alleys and people digging through trash. There’s been quite a few car thefts lately too. But, that’s all near franklin and cedar. "
