"I live in the gated community next door and this community is better taken care of by the residents than mine. Nice parks as well as a small dog park within the community."

"I’ve lived here for a little over 10 years, I have good neighbors and bad ones too. Some I hope to know my whole life and some I wish would move away or sell their home. But over all has great personality and is safer than it appears. Kids play of all back grounds. People enjoy walks through it and stop and comment on people’s homes and yards. I’ve even met a couple walking their pot bellied pig and was able to feed him Cheerios. "

"Wonderful historic neighborhood that is well connected to bike paths and transit, near breweries, cafes and restaurants, as well as attractions of downtown and Old Town, but is also quiet and peaceful area."

"The Wells Park Community is a wonderful area to live. It has easy access to wonderful restaurants such as the Golden Crown Panaderia and Cocina Azul. The museums, Explora, and Tiguex Park are walking distance. It's a great area to ride a bike or walk your dog."
