"If u have Pit bulls people here discriminate on them all the time. It’s sad even if they are well trained. They call out animal control even if ur out side with the dog. Just really does suck. "
  • Ciara R.
"Busy street, cars don’t stop when it’s red always have that one person who is in a hurry and runs the light. We don’t have very good sidewalks, in fact we don’t have sidewalks at all. Don’t trust your packages to be left outside of your house; there is sure to be someone who will go by and take off with it. "

  • Jenny G.
"Good neighborhood with lots of outdoor activities like a water park, the famous Carlsbad Caverns, Living Desert Zoo and hiking at Guadalupe Mountain and McKittrick Canyon. You can also enjoy the Pecos River. "
  • Mandi H.
"Short in distance, sometimes long in time. The influx of new residents not knowing the roads and specific lanes to use makes for difficult driving any time. Must be aware of all drivers at all times. "
  • Justkirkes
"It’s a great community with lots of kids. It is a boom town so that isn’t fun but this adds to the ambiance. Houses are hard to find and schools are over packed. All in all it is a small town with a tough crowd to break into unless you know the right people. "
  • Justin K.
"Everything in Carlsbad can be reached within 20 minutes. No traffic, just congestion due to lack of city planning. Need more roads and better amenities. "
  • 1wildcaveman
