    "My neighborhood has the capital campus right across the street, which is great for dog running, working out, walks, etc. I am also on the bus line with walking distance to the downtown district."

    "There are many street people and the bars are loud. It doesn’t feel very clean or safe. There is also quite a bite of vandalism and graffiti and the police do not even come out for that. I love my apartment and the view, but it is not easy to live downtown."

    "many dogs walk capitol lake. it's wonderful. it's about a mile or so and all breads go with their owner. it's a good time. the kids love it. "
