    "Great for kids. Beautiful homes. Tucked away in a convenient and cozy part of Norfolk. Walk to all the shops on Colley Ave, pick up the Elizabeth River Bike Trail and head to Waterside or the Chelsea breweries in minutes. Easy access to parks, trail system, Weyanoke Sanctuary, local breweries, excellent restaurants and more. Great neighborhood full of interesting people."

    "The secret is out. West Ghent is experiencing a vibrant rebirth with young, professional families working to establish a great neighborhood and community. Kids and dogs are out walking year round. The Colley Ave corridor with great restaurants, and the Bakehouse, Orapax and other restaurants on the south end provide great neighborhood venues; new "foodie" restaurants in downtown Norfolk are only a 10 min drive away and doing very well. "

    "Pet-friendly: many neighbors have dogs and cats and walk their dogs, finding this a nice way to meet and chat with one another. Restaurants: This is 4 blocks from several nice restaurants and a great movie theater. Schools: 2 blocks from a nice elementary school, 6 blocks from middle school, 10 blocks from one of the best high schools."
