    "Very walkable area with a wonderful independent coffee shop, movie theater, restaurants and antique shops. Parking is easily accessible on the street. I lived here several years and rarely had an issue finding parking. "

    "There are a few dog parks in the area and people were genuinely happy to see dog around (depending on the training). People pick after there pets. Besides the dog parks there are great outdoor locations to walk and play with you pet."

    "The neighborhoods are family friendly but the drivers in the area are not always paying attention to pedestrians. Street parking is difficult as not everyone parks in a way that allows other cars to park there as well. "

    "I love Ghent! I appreciate the small restaurants and eclectic, artsy people I have around me. There are many parks and I feel like my daughter is safe within this area. Schools are mediocre at best. But there are plenty of private schools. I send my daughter to public schools, but she’s in a special program designed for gifted kids. "
