    "Great access to 99. Access to 45 is okay if you want to pay tolls. The area is growing. Lots of places to eat, shop for groceries, etc. "

    "Neighborhood has easy access to Grand Parkway, Hardy Toll Road, and 45. Short commute to work, but often lots of traffic to get to the woodlands. "

    "Nearby malls, nature trails and creek! New shopping going in all the time. I love it that the kids have so much space outside to be kids in. Schools are great. The area is SAFE! I love it and to move there with the family but prices just keep rising out of my budget. Might have waited to long for the great deal to come along? :/"

    "Great location, safe area, great schools, Close to I45 Freeway and Hardy Toll Road 15- 20 min from IAH international Airport great communal pool plus various park areas including basket ball court and tennis courts. Various price ranged subdivisions built out by by well renowend builders"
