    "99 and I-45 are minutes from the neighborhood. There's several grocery stores within 5 minutes and upscale shopping within 15 minutes of us. Traffic can be rough at rush hour, but overall it isn't a bad place."

    "Really friendly neighborhood, the people here talk to you and I know my neighbors surrounding me pretty well. I would recommended raising a family or even retiring . Although the surrounding area for childcare can be pricey, I haven’t heard much negative about it."

    "Our neighborhood is very pet friendly. They’re three pet stores within five minutes of our neighborhood. Everyone takes responsibility for their pets. I once lost my cat but was able to locate her because a nearby neighbor gave her shelter and posted her on our neighborhood Facebook page. I absolutely love our community!"
