    "This aging neighborhood has its excellent places and not so excellent. Part of the neighborhood is safe and well kept and part not. The further south you get on Chimney Rock the worse the neighborhood gets."

    "We’ve been in Westbury almost one year. My neighbor is an original owner of a 1958 home. There are some very nice, well-kept homes in the neighborhood. Close to Meyerland/Bellaire area which is more upscale area with good retail options. "
