"It’s an amazing place to live. Kids can play freely without having to worry about traffic or car accidents. It’s a private neighborhood, so the only people driving through are the residents who live here. Plus, all the schools are very close by, which makes it even more convenient for families."

"They would like the trail; they would not like that a lot of people have signs in their yard telling people to pick up after their dogs"

"There is traffic at certain times a day and can be dangerous for children and pets. Also plenty of parks for children and pets to walk and parents to get exercise."

"Lots of dog owners walking their dogs, but a lot of them don’t clean up after their dogs, especially along Cimarron BLVD. There’s also quite a bit of trash around that dogs might get into, but if you keep them on a tight leash then you should be fine."

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has been attending this school since Kindergarten and he is now in the 5th grade. We had a bit of a rough patch in the beginning, getting our son the assistance he needed, but it was sorted out quickly and we have loved our experience ever since. A few years back Mrs. Stevie-Rae Garcia was promoted from assistance principal to principal, and our family absolutely adores her. She is the backbone of Kostoryz Elementary and I am extremely thankful for all that she has done.Parent Review2y ago3 Reviews - Los Encinos Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagedidn’t get to finish my last review as I was saying, the principal Mrs Stinson. has totally taken a wonderful school and turned it into some kind of mini prison ,over half the parents I have spoken to do not care for her. Most of the teachers are afraid of her except for her little click that she brought with her when she used to be the assistant principal over at Metro E. The only good thing I could say about Smith elementary is the majority of the teachers first class, love them They go away and beyond to teach their students and to help them, office workers and the cafeteria workers are all topknot, except for their one or two of staff members that are not so good they act just like the principal. she has no interactions with her students or the parents that go to that school. If it wasn’t for her father, she would not even be a principal as a matter of fact, she acts like some teenage kids. She has no business running no school worst principal ever just on the count of her. I would not send my child there. I would send them somewhere else. And I have been with Smith for over 20 years.Parent Review1mo ago8 Reviews - Yeager Elementary School
