    "The neighbors look out for each other and help out with mowing if your on vacation or need help. We sit out in the summer and invite neighbors over to watch out side tv and wine . We are kid friendly and allow them to eat cherry’s and strawberries from our garden. "

    "We have neighborhood yard sales and help each other with yard work should help be required. The kids can play out side safely and we watch out for them . The neighborhood dogs and cats are friendly and don’t bite "
